MC-AS: Machine Cleaning by Anthony Swanson
Anthony Swanson will be picking up machines every first Friday of each month moving forward. He will Clean Only, NO repair of your machine and return it to the Shoppe the following Friday in the afternoon.
Before Anthony performs the cleaning process, he will make sure your machine is in working order.
Repair Steps provided are:
1. Remove covers, plates, needles, bobbins, bobbin holders. etc.
2. Remove dust, lint, thread, etc. using compressed air or vacuum.
3. Clean parts with Windex or other mild cleaner with clean cloths.
4. Inspect parts for damage. If discovered, he will report/note but not repair.
5. Inspect needle plate for possible damage and file, clean if possible.
6. Apply lubricant to accessible moving parts.
7. Clean covers with Windex or other mild cleaner.
8. Replace covers, plates, needles, bobbins and bobbin holder removed in steps one of the process.
9. Verify machine is working after replacement of parts.
The cost of the cleaning is $50.00 and you will be without your machine for the week after you drop it off at the Shoppe.
